Hotel Edison Times Square - New York

Everything great, but misleading concierge

Great location and friendly staff, but room was a bit minimalist.

We liked being in this property.

Heated suite with views of the roof top. Fab dishes, very central location amazing-especially in the restaurant. Near all the downtown NYC attractions that was walkable as well as Broad street / Times Square.

We had a really good 7 nights stay. Everything was brand-new, good service, perfect location just next door to Times Square, main attractions and the centre of Times Square. Had newly renovated classic king room with a nice view, a sofa bed.

The place was fairly clean and we loved signature king room. We had a super big bedroom. The atmosphere created was family. The hotel had indeed a the best location on broadway.

We had echt een leuke tijd there. De location was perfect for us, walking distance to alles we wanted to zien. The room was mooi and clean, maar soms it was a bit noisy at night from de street. But overall, we genoten echt van our stay.

Central location and in my case also close to congress location

- The lifts sometimes fail. - Although the rest of the staff was just very friendly, there works a rude, disinterested little man named Humberto downstairs at the luggage storage.

The hotel was secured, I liked the helpful staff and very tasty breakfasts. Everything was perfect, recently renovated and functional room.

A fantastic location, just a short walk from all the New Year's Eve festivities. The spacious one-bedroom suite was super clean and featured an comfortable bed-waking up was a challenge! Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, we had everything we needed. The lobby could use some furniture updates, and while the breakfast options were plentiful, the dining spaces were a bit cramped.

A good location for theater visits.

Hotel lobby was not big enough for waiting guests with their luggage. There was insufficient space to leave luggage behind when you have already checked out.

Great location directly on Times Square and the equipment and atmosphere of the hotel were very good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast due to reconstruction. The surroundings are very noisy and the air conditioners are constantly roaring loudly.

The location was sweet as, just near Times Square! But man, the bathroom felt cramped. Would've liked more space to move around. Comfy room, heaps good staff!

Beautiful clean room and bathroom!

The wi-fi was very bad! Every 5 minutes you could log in again because it was always falling out.

Security was very attentive and friendly.

Upon arrival they proposed an upgrade we didn't want. The room they sent us to (3rd floor) was old and was just next to the air conditioning system. We then went down again and took the upgrade anyway. Washing sales technique. Do not take upgrade immediately. They always take something off the price. Remember that New York is never silent. A quiet room does not exist, not even on the 22nd floor.
